Секс, аборты и детоубийство: пропасть между секулярным и божественным

В статье рассматриваются ключевые аспекты различий между традиционной христианской биоэтикой и светскими моральными размышлениями, доминирующими в современной биоэтике. Например, в отличие от традиционной христианской морали, установившаяся светская биоэтика рассматривает внебрачные половые отношения между лицами одного и того же или разного пола, по крайней мере, как морально допустимые, подтверждает сексуальную свободу детей, признает их способность развивать свою собственную сексуальную идентичность, а также считает легко-доступность абортов и детоубийства правом и свободой женщин. Светская биоэтика стремится отделить детей от власти их родителей, наделяя самих детей полномочиями выносить свои собственные суждения о приемлемом образе жизни, включая сексуальное поведение. Однако, как я утверждаю, в отсутствие Бога не существует никакой точки зрения вне нашего собственного культурного социального и исторического понимания, с которой можно было бы объединить более глубокую перспективу реальности или биоэтики. Следовательно, светская биоэтика, вместо того чтобы постигать нравственную истину, лишь утверждает свою собственную культурную социо-исторически обусловленную идеологическую перспективу, социально-политическое мировоззрение, лишенное определенной моральной основы и независимого морального авторитета.Скачивания
