Abstract

And confessional relations in Armenia after 1991. On the basis of the sources of law, historical preconditions, social factors, legal status of the religious organizations, regulation of state to confessional relations in the spheres of education, culture, politics etc. the analyses is given of the most essential turning points of interaction of state and confessions as well as classifications of models of state and confessional relations in Armenia, which are offered by the Russdian and foreign students of religions.
