Abstract

Diverse role of religion is analyzed from the positions of dialectical materialism (by example of Christianity) in revolutionary movements of the peoples masses in different historic periods; the process of gradual release of revolutionary ideologies from the influence of religion, ineffectiveness of the imposition of the religious ideas in the present day communist ideology.
