On the nature, composition and significance of V.D. Kudrayvtzev-Platonov philosophy

Abstract

Along with a certain rise in the awakening of the interest to philological and historical study of religious monuments, as well as beliefs, we cannot find a shortage of experiences of the philosophical structure of the religion history. At the same time we could hardly find research works, that have been implemented in the strict theistical approach. Due to this reason only the religion philosophy of Kudrayvtzev-Platonov, saturated strictly with theistical spirit, deserves special attention. But irrespective of this, due to its inner quality, it poses such an outstanding phenomenon, that we can boldly say: it could have made up the whole epoch in the development of this sphere of philosophical knowledge, if unfortunately, the Russian science, had not been standing aloof of the entire researchhistorical process. This article forestalls re-publication of the most volumes among the domestic systems on the religion philosophy - writings of V.D. Kudrayvtsev- Platonov.
