Analysis of the I.V. Kargel Biblical hermeneutics

Abstract

The issues of the Biblical hermeneutics of the Russian evangelicalism is a poorly studied subject. The work devoted to the analysis of the Biblical hermeneutics in the works of I.V. Kargel seems to be quite topical for the Evangelical theology in Russia. The work is aimed at revealing and analyzing the basic hermeneutics principles of Kargel in his practical interpretation of the Biblical text. It was important for us to understand the world outlook and theological position of Kargel, which determined his hermeneutics principles. Our task was to define the basic aspects of the Biblical hermeneutics b their reflection in the works of Kargel. As a result the basic prerequisites and his hermeneutics principles. In the interpretation of the Biblical text were reconstructed.
