Problem of religion in the philosophical tradition in the Moscow ecclesiastical academy

Abstract

The article reconstructs and describes the religious studies trends in philosophical research, formed in one of the oldest spiritual schools of Russia - the Moscow ecclesiastical academy in XIX - early XX century; the ideas of professors F.A. Golubinsky, V.D. Kudryavtzev-Platonov, A.I. Vvedensky, P.A. Florensky are analysed within the contest of the single spiritual-academic tradition. The opinion is voiced that the philosophical tradition of the Academy represents the original synthesis of ideas at the junction of different sciences - philosophy, theology, religious studies.
