Forming of a system of Church and state relations in the present-day Russia: problems and prospects

Abstract

The oration covers the state and prospects of relations between Church and state in the present-day Russia; an analysis is given to the system of Church and state relations being formed. A special attention is given to the fact that the advancement of public development depends on the adequate arrangement of interrelation between religious organizations and state, that is why the Church suggests that the state and Church should built relations on the basis of cowork according to the principle of symphony of the secular and ecclesiastical authorities; the Church is seeking the cooperation with the state with the aim of forming of sound moral climate in the society.
