Canonization of new martyrs and new problems of the Church history

Abstract

The article is devoted to veneration of the new martyrs in the Russian Orthodox Church. Author considered the problems associated with the canonization of new martyrs. These issues may significantly affect the formation of the problem field of the history of the Church in Russia in due time, change the self-perception of the national religious culture.
